First Appointment:  2 hours

• Initial orientation and health history review
• Digital postural photos
• Full biomechanical profile
• Personalized exercise prescription with computerized handout

5 additional 1-hour appointments (scheduled bi-weekly)

• Reassessment of posture and gait
• Updated and revised exercise prescription
• Computerized handout of revised exercise prescription

6x 30-minute appointments scheduled during the weeks in between the reassessments

• Review of current program execution and feedback
• Modifications to current program as needed
• Address any questions or concerns with program

Essential equipment

• Therapy pillow
• Non elastic strap
• 36" foam roller
• A copy of The Pain-Free Program:  A Proven Method to Relieve Back, Neck, Shoulder and Joint Pain

Package includes unlimited phone and/or email support during the extent of your 12 visits. 

Package Cost with a Function First Corrective Exercise Specialist:  $1149.00

Package Cost with Anthony Carey: *$1725 or Three (3) Easy Payments of $575.00*

*Cost depends on the corrective exercise specialist you work with. Sessions with Anthony Carey are available at the higher price.
