    Not only will I use this with my older clients but I will apply this technique to myself because I have a lousy lunge do to bone on bone in my left knee. Thanks.

    • Great to hear Sheila. We use this exercise regularly for clients with knee pain who can not perform regular lunges or squats. Great way to give the knee some help from above and facilitate coordination through the extremity. Thanks for your feedback!
